Quality Management System

We determine the external and internal issues relevant to our purpose and strategic direction, and those that affect our ability to achieve the intended results of our quality management system.

We understand the needs and expectations of interested parties because of their potential impact on our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs.

For our system processes, we determine required inputs and outputs, interactions, methods, and criteria for effective operation. We assign responsibilities and authorities, address risks and opportunities, and evaluate the processes needed to achieve our results.

Six Principles That Guide Our Work

  1. Customer Focus: We stay committed to understanding customer needs and addressing risks that may affect conformity or customer satisfaction.
  2. Planning: We plan to achieve intended results, enhance desirable effects, prevent undesired effects, and support quality objectives.
  3. Support: We maintain the people, resources, infrastructure, environment, and operations needed to deliver strong service.
  4. Quality: Quality in task execution, integration of effort, and customer satisfaction reflects the organization and commitment behind modern service delivery.
  5. Performance Evaluation: We use technical, market, and financial standards to evaluate performance periodically across the different aspects of our work.
  6. Improvement: We use improvement actions to advance intended results, prevent undesired effects, and pursue our quality objectives.
